Cath Lab Packages

Package Includes:

Basic charges, such as:

• 1 Day stay with ECG(1), Viral Serology (1), Serum Creatinine(1) ECHO Screening (1) for marked* package.

• Cath lab charges.

• Cost of normal consumables/medicines (maximum limit prefixed).

• Post angio-consultation with surgeon (if needed).

Additional Charges (As Applicable)

• Bed charges for extra stay, if applicable

• Cost of temporary Pacing Rs.1000/- extra, if required.

• Special/Additional investigation / Medicine e.g. integrillin, Reopro or any other investigations.

• Cost of non-ionic dye if use more than (100ml for angiography & 200 ml for PTCA), Pacemaker, Electrodes, Swanganz Catheter.

• Cost of Balloons / Stents / Sutures & implant. As applicable in Angiography / Angioplasty etc.

• Rs.5000/- extra for multivessel plasty.

• Rs.10000/- extra fir emergency / primary / rescue angiography.

• In case of failed & attemped PTCA, charges of angiography & PTCA consumable, will be charged.

• Service charges will be 10% on the stents, balloons & implants etc.

• Cost of CD.

Cardiac Thoracic Surgery Packages

Packages Include basic charges, such as:

• Operation Theater Charges

• Normal intra-operative drugs, consumables and medicines.

• Maximum stay as per package.

• Blood bank facilities (Blood donor to be arranged by patient relatives/friends)

• Nursing care, Physiotherapy & Dietician charges.

• Routine Biochemistry / Hematology test.

• Post operative visit of treating cardiologists & surgeons.

• Routine X-ray and ECG.

• Doctor fee, for the operation/during package days.

• Package starts one day before surgery, except for ICU patients.

Additional Charges (as applicable)

• Accommodation charges, investigations, medicine, consumables, disposable etc. for stay beyond stipulated packages days.

• Complicated / High Risk Patients will be charged as their per risk scoring factors.

• Consumable items i.e. Heart Valves, Synthetic grafts and conduits, Cell saver Kit, Biomedicus Cannula, haemodialysis kit, Bio pump, Ambulatory Stockings (if needed) will be charges extra.

• Visits of consultants of other specialties if required, shall be extra.

•   Blood if supplied from hospital or purchase from outside.

• Pre operative evaluation charges, extra.

• Intraaortic balloon pump, if required.

• Service charges will be @ 10% on the devices / implant etc.

• Cost of Dialysis/CRRT extra, if required.

Points to be taken care of:

• 100% advance on admission by cash/pay order/demand draft only as per schedule. Cheques are not accepted.

• Cancellation charges will be 5% of the package / operation / investigations and 20% accommodation.

• Refund (if any) will be made in next three days of discharges from the cas counter.

• For information on diagnostic charges contact IPD billing counter.

• VAT will be extra as per applicable.

• All charges are subject to revision and rate prevailing on the day shall be charged.

•  All issue are subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction.

• Direct admission in ICU will be in case of suite, single & twin sharing.

• Changes in the package is not permitted.

• Accommodation charges include authorization diet & nursing care.

• Cancellation charges:-

• Clinic is not responsible for AC plant failure or any other technical / mechanical disorder of any equipment. No claim on such account will be entertained.

• Patient will be charged as per the bed occupied and no rebate/concession will be entertained.
