PLAN FOR YOUR TELEHEALTH VISIT

• Ensure your mobile smartphone or Laptop is ready
  • Battery is charged or device connected to a power source​
  • Internet connection — either cellular or Wi-Fi​
  • Login and Access to your email​
• Download Microsoft Teams from the App Store or   [https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads] before the visit​

Once downloaded, close the app.

TO START YOUR VISIT:

• Book your Appointment by accessing the  [ Belle Vue clinic Telehealth Page ]
• Click on the “Click here to request Telehealth consulting” link on the telehealth page
• Fill up the form and submit for an appointment request.
• Wait and ensure you have received a confirmation email for your visit​If you’re unable to find the confirmation, please check your Spam or Junk folder​
• Once you have received the appointment link in the mail inbox, accept the meeting invitation and join by clicking the ‘Join Microsoft Teams Meeting’ at the mentioned time slot. ​
• Select “Join as a Guest”​ Follow the prompts​
